WHAT IS A WEBSITE LICENSE?
When you buy the website at usual price you automatically get the one time usage license. It enables you to use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to you. You have to purchase a website again if you want to use the same design in connection with another or other projects.
CAN I RESELL THE WEBSITE AS IS?
No, you cannot resell the website as is.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE WEBSITE?
Yes, you can customize the website to any extent needed. You cannot use a header of the website for one project though, and images from the website for the other project. The content, design, CSS and all other files associated with the website can only be used on the original website.
CAN I RESELL THE CUSTOMIZED WEBSITE?
No, you cannot resell the customized website without prior approval from Church Media Group.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR USING IMAGERY, CLIPART AND FONTS FROM THE WEBSITE I PURCHASED?
All imagery, clipart and fonts used in our products are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. One-Time Usage License and Developer's License give you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of your website. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited.
CAN I REMOVE THE AUTHOR INFO AND/OR COPYRIGHT INFORMATION FROM THE SOURCE CODE (HTML, PHP, CSS, ETC.)?
No, you must leave the copyright and author information intact.
CAN I REMOVE THE LINK BACK TO WWW.CHURCHMEDIA.CC FROM THE SITE FOOTER?
No, you must leave the link intact. If you feel you must remove it, contact your account manager or email with your request.
I HAVE CUSTOMIZED THE WEBSITE AND WOULD LIKE TO PROTECT MY CONTENT BY COPYRIGHT, CAN I PLACE COPYRIGHT 2012, MYCOMPANYNAME.COM?
Yes, you can add your copyright to protect your content. However, please note that all existing copyright statements need to remain in place (in source code, etc). You may add your copyright text to the corresponding sections.
CAN I USE GRAPHICS FROM THE WEBSITE WE PURCHASED FOR USE IN PRINTING?
Yes, you can use the website graphics for printed material but the resolution of the websites graphics is not enough for printing. Our websites are designed for 72 dpi resolution. Printing generally requires a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. The exception to this rule is if you are printing a screenshot of the website to promote it. Again, the resolution may not be high enough to get the quality expected for printing.
CAN I GET THE WEBSITE IN HIGHER RESOLUTION TO USE FOR PRINTING?
Higher resolution files can be provided at an additional cost. Contact your account manager for more details.

WHAT IS A DEVELOPER'S LICENSE?
The developer's license is a custom license for web development companies, software development companies, or internal web development departments. The developer's license is generally used when a website design and/or code is going to be used for multiple sites or custom modification. Each license is uniquely designed for the clients needs.
WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR ACQUIRING THE DEVELOPER'S LICENSE?
There is not a set price for acquiring the developer's license. The price is based on the customer's specific requirements. Please contact your account manager to obtain a quote.
HOW MANY APPLICATIONS, PROGRAMS, ETC CAN I USE TO INTEGRATE WITH THE WEBSITES UNDER ONE DEVELOPER'S LICENSE?
